Jeff Miller Sells Beautiful Setai Penthouse Villa B For $27M

A penthouse at the Setai condominium in Miami Beach has sold for $27 million, according to Jeff Miller, broker at Brown Harris Stevens. The sale represents the most ever paid for a condominium unit in South Florida, at the time of the sale in 2013. The 40th floor unit has four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and 7,100 square feet of living space. Jeff Miller of Brown Harris Stevens, representing the undisclosed buyer, brokered the deal. Miller previously brokered the $21.5 million sale of Setai Penthouse Villa A in 2011, at the time South Florida’s largest-ever condo sale.
